Sdui Group Secures Growth Investment to Become Europe's Unified Digital Platform for Education

Sdui Group, a leading European provider of cloud-based administrative software for K-12 schools, has secured a growth investment to strengthen its product suite, deepen support for educational institutions, and advance its ambition to become the unified digital platform for education across Europe.

The investment, led by Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities fund, with participation from existing investors HV Capital and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), will help expand product offerings, enhance institutional support, and accelerate development of a comprehensive digital operating system for schools. This system will cover key administrative functionalities such as communication, attendance, scheduling, and grading.

Founded in 2018 in Germany, Sdui Group currently serves thousands of institutions across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain, with ongoing expansion into new regions. The company's mission is to simplify complex administrative workflows in K-12 education through scalable, compliant cloud technology, enabling educators and administrators to focus more on teaching and learning.
