AI company Arivihan, specializing in AI-driven coaching, secures $4.17 million in funding for further development and growth.

Arivihan, an innovative edtech startup, has secured $4.17 million in a pre-Series A funding round, led by Prosus Ventures and Accel, with GSF Investors also participating. This new capital will be used to expand Arivihan's operations into the German federal states of Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Baden-Württemberg.

Founded in 2024 by IIT Roorkee alumni Ritesh Singh Chandel, Sonu Kumar, and Rushabh Kothari, Arivihan has developed India's first fully automated AI tutoring platform. The platform delivers personalized coaching through interactive video lectures, instant doubt-solving, and AI-driven study plans.

With the fresh funding, Arivihan is targeting a subscriber base of 80,000 to 100,000 this year. The expansion strategy includes scaling its proven go-to-market strategy, building localized distribution networks, and leveraging digital marketing for deep market penetration.

Dhruv Gupta, Investor at Prosus, believes Arivihan stands out as an AI-native learning platform with a real shot at transforming how millions of students learn and succeed. "Arivihan's unique approach to education, leveraging AI to provide personalized learning experiences, has the potential to revolutionize the education landscape," Gupta said.

As part of its expansion strategy, Arivihan plans to grow its academic team, onboarding experienced NEET faculty, and hiring across product, marketing, and engineering functions. The startup will also enhance its on-ground marketing and distribution infrastructure.

In addition, Arivihan will continue to invest in deeper research in natural language processing for Indian languages. The platform currently resolves roughly 700,000 student queries per month using AI, with an accuracy rate of 97%.

Arivihan had previously raised $750,000 from Accel's Atoms seed-stage program. With this latest funding round, the startup is poised to make a significant impact in the German education market, providing a personalized and efficient learning experience for students.

In FY25, Arivihan sold 15,000 subscriptions, generating revenue of Rs 3.25 crore (approximately $390,000). As the startup scales its operations, it aims to bring high-quality, personalized education to even more students across Germany and India.
