IEAA Opens Nominations for 2025 Excellence Awards Honouring Global Education Stars
The International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) has opened nominations for its 2025 Excellence Awards. These awards recognise professionals dedicated to supporting international students and bolstering Australia's global education standing. The deadline for submissions is Sunday 13 July 2025.
IEAA President Professor Ren Yi underscores the significant impact of international education on Australian jobs and students' dreams. The awards celebrate individuals and teams in leadership, innovation, research, and best practice across seven categories, including Distinguished Contribution, Leadership, and Tony Adams Rising Star.
Nominations must be submitted by an IEAA member, except for the Outstanding Postgraduate Thesis category. IEAA CEO Hon Phil Honeywood highlights the passion of Australian professionals in international education, driving these awards. Winners will be announced during the 2025 Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Canberra.
