Diederichs thanked training companies, trainers, vocational schools, and examiners for their dedication in securing skilled workers and driving economic success.

Diederichs also emphasized the need to attract young people to vocational training. He highlighted that it provides a secure start and career opportunities. However, the search results did not provide specific names of companies where awarded trainees from Solingen worked in Remscheid.

The IHK in Remscheid recognised the achievements of Solingen's training graduates. With 117 top grades, these graduates demonstrate the success of dual training. Diederichs' remarks underscore the model's importance in addressing the skills shortage and attracting young talent.
