At the bottom of the picture, we see the shrubs and ice. In the middle of the picture, we see a building in white color. It might be a church. We see a railing and a gate. On either side of the picture, we see trees. There are trees in the background. At the top of the picture, we see the sky, which is blue in color.

Kanuga Fellows Program Begins September 2025, Nurturing Spiritual Leadership

The Kanuga Fellows Program (KFP), a faith-based spiritual leadership initiative, is set to commence its next residency in September 2025. This two-year program, developed with the support of Trinity Church NYC, aims to equip leaders with spiritual growth, servant-hearted leadership, and purposeful guidance through prayer, reflection, and outdoor experiences.

KFP is grounded in the Episcopal tradition, focusing on self-discovery, community engagement, skill development, and courageous leadership. It is open to all-faith lay and clergy leaders passionate about deepening their faith and leadership. The program is a two-year residency with four in-person immersions at Kanuga, fostering a community of diverse leaders.

Admission to the program is by application only, with applications submitted via the Kanuga website. Tuition for participants is $500 per residency, including room and board, with remaining costs generously covered by a grant from Trinity Church NYC. Financial and travel assistance are also available to participants.

The upcoming residency dates are September 29-October 3, 2025; March 16-20, 2026; October 5-9, 2026; and March 1-5, 2027. The Kanuga Fellows Program nurtures a deep connection between God, nature, and leadership, rooted in Episcopal tradition and inspired by God's creation. It is an opportunity for leaders to grow spiritually, develop their leadership skills, and engage with a supportive community.
