Introducing the ParkULeads Leadership Program: A Journey to Better Leadership

Park University's Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development is proud to present the ParkULeads Leadership Program, a four-week virtual course designed to help individuals become better leaders who inspire people. This program, in partnership with Amy Leslie, chief executive officer of Perspective Consulting Inc., is one of the courses and programs offered by the Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development.

What to Expect from the ParkULeads Program

The ParkULeads program is designed to provide critical skills, teach agility, resilience, and inspire leadership. The curriculum covers key leadership topics such as understanding leadership styles and self-awareness, effective communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and team dynamics, strategic thinking and decision-making, change management and innovation, ethical leadership and corporate responsibility, time management, and personal productivity.

The program consists of four interactive, virtual sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours. These sessions are packed with workshops, case studies, group activities, and practical tools for immediate application in the workplace.

Registration Details

The ParkULeads sessions will be held on February 4, 11, 18, and March 4, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. The registration fee for the program is $99, and it includes all sessions and a predictive index behavioral assessment with leadership insights. A discounted fee of $49 is available to Park University alumni, students and employees, and the University's Access2Education partners.

Registration is open to working professionals, aspiring leaders, and anyone interested in enhancing their leadership capabilities.
