In the heart of Prenzlau, a new dance studio named "Ellie Ballet" has recently opened its doors. The studio is the brainchild of Alessandra Grasso, a four-time mother and a ballet trainer with an impressive international career.

Grasso, who hails from Polßen, found herself in Germany when worldwide lockdowns ended her lucrative contract in Asia. Prior to this, she had taught ballet for many years in Asia and Africa, honing her craft and sharing her passion for the Vaganova style with countless students.

The future of her last son's university education was uncertain, leading Grasso to search for another school, which was eventually found in Siberia. This move, however, was not without its challenges. Grasso's family council, including her son Gabriele De Fazio and his girlfriend Teodora Duraç, who live and work in Romania, voted for her to consider a job offer in Germany from Uckermark.

The job offer was for a position as a pedagogue, a role that Grasso found appealing. Impressed by the enthusiasm of her students and the progress they have made, she decided to extend her stay in Germany or consider the job offer.

Grasso's dance studio in Prenzlau is a melting pot of ages. The youngest student is just four years old, while the oldest is over 60. One of Grasso's favorite students is the woman over 60, who, despite her age, has shown remarkable dedication and progress. The adult participants in the studio have immediately started working on pointe work, a testament to their commitment and Grasso's rigorous teaching methods.

Two international ballet stars, Gabriele De Fazio and Teodora Duraç, have been training with Grasso's students from Uckermark since the beginning of the month. They are ballet professionals who have been involved in teaching and leading intensive ballet sessions at "Ellie Ballet" as guest teachers or collaborators.

Grasso finds the dedication of her students extraordinary. She is happy with the current course and the inspiring leadership of her family members, Gabriele De Fazio and Teodora Duraç, who generously share their knowledge.
