Lastly, an identity shift secures this approach. You must stop seeing yourself as a networking facilitator and begin viewing yourself as a value-focused networker – someone who is dedicated to generating and augmenting value in each interaction. This perspective shift alters the quality of interactions, making them more authentic and impactful.
