Last month, a surprising event unfolded at the renowned Sharjah School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A 7th-grade student found himself the center of attention due to some unusual circumstances. The incident took place on April 28. The local Department of Preschool and School Education explained that the drastic measure was taken due to repeated violations of school rules. On April 27, the student's parents were summoned to the school where they were informed about the school's requirements. During the meeting, they agreed that their child would arrive the next day with a neatly trimmed haircut.
However, on April 28, the student showed up at school with a trim on the sides, but a longer fringe remained. Unsatisfied with this, the school director ordered the taekwondo coach to shave the student's head completely.
Upset by the sudden and drastic action, the parents filed a complaint on April 29. The same day, the school director, the taekwondo coach, and the school psychologist paid a visit to the student's home to offer their apologies. The psychologist also spoke with the student.
