By addressing the hidden feelings of inadequacy and mediocrity, individuals can learn to empathise with others, engage in healthier self-awareness, and cultivate more compassionate interpersonal relationships.

However, it's important to remember that a superiority complex is not simply about feeling superior. It's about concealing feelings of inferiority through exaggerated displays of confidence or moral high ground. Understanding this dynamic is critical for managing such tendencies and promoting healthier self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.
