Santander & Coursera Offer 50,000 Free 'Skills for Work' Course Seats
Santander Open Academy, in collaboration with Coursera, is offering 50,000 adults across 13 countries free access to the 'Curso Santander | Skills for Work' course. This initiative aims to provide lifelong learning opportunities to those seeking to upgrade their skills.
The programme allows beneficiaries to enroll in as many courses as they wish, at their own pace, and earn a certificate upon completion of each one. Notably, participants need not have a university degree or be a Santander customer to apply. The registration deadline is 9 December on the Santander Open Academy website.
The course library comprises over 80 courses focusing on high-demand skills such as artificial intelligence, leadership, and languages. Ramón Rodríguez, Global Head of Santander Open Academy, emphasises the importance of constant skill updates and lifelong learning in today's job market.
Through this partnership, Santander Open Academy and Coursera are making quality education accessible to a wide range of individuals, empowering them to acquire new skills and enhance their employability.
