Singapore Launches CyberBoost: Catalyse Program for 10 Global Cybersecurity Startups
Singapore has launched its inaugural CyberBoost: Catalyse program, selecting 10 cybersecurity startups from India, Singapore, the UK, and the US. These startups will receive six months of support to secure investment, build overseas networks, and develop go-to-market strategies for new geographic locations.
The program is a collaboration between the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and UK innovator hub Plexal. It aims to help cybersecurity startups grow beyond their domestic markets.
The first cohort consists of 10 seed to Series B-funded startups: Antarex Cyber, Athenian Tech, Cloudsine, CyberCyte, InsiderSecurity, Protos Labs, pQCee, Scantist, SQR, and VulnCheck. Each startup will receive tailored support to secure investment, build international networks, and develop strategies for new markets.
The selected startups will have opportunities to showcase themselves at international events such as Singapore International Cyber Week and GovWare Conference and Exhibition. The program is funded by CSA and NUS, with support from Plexal. It reflects Singapore's commitment to fostering innovation and growth in the cybersecurity sector.
