Everywoman in Technology Awards 2022 Open for Nominations
The Everywoman in Technology Awards, a programme celebrating exceptional female talent in the tech industry, is now open for nominations. Now in its 16th year, the awards have highlighted over 600 inspirational women working in STEM at various career stages.
This year, the awards have introduced several new categories to recognise the diverse and impactful work being done by women in tech. The Tech for Good Award is a new category, aiming to celebrate innovative solutions that use technology to benefit society.
Another new category is the Software Engineer Award, sponsored by NatWest. This award recognises the vital role software engineers play in driving technological advancements. The Digital Star Award, a new category in the awards, aims to celebrate the rising stars of the digital world.
The AI Champion Award, sponsored by ARM Ltd, is one of the categories in the awards. This award honours women who are making significant contributions to the field of artificial intelligence. Last year's AI Champion Award winner was Dr. Katharina Morik.
The Cyber Security Award, another category in the everywoman in Technology Awards, aims to recognise outstanding achievements in the cybersecurity sector. The Apprentice Award, sponsored by SSE, is another category in the awards, celebrating the success of apprentices in the tech industry.
The CIO/CTO of the Year Award, sponsored by Accenture, is a category in the awards that honours the leadership and innovation of Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers. The One to Watch Award, sponsored by Computacenter, is a new category that recognises promising young talent in the tech industry.
The Team Leader Award, sponsored by Haleon, is a new category that celebrates the leadership and management skills of women in tech. The Entrepreneur Award, a new category in the everywoman in Technology Awards, honours women who are driving innovation and growth through their own businesses.
The Leader Award, sponsored by HSBC, is a new category that recognises women who are making a significant impact in their organisations and the tech industry as a whole. The Innovator Award, a new category in the everywoman in Technology Awards, honours women who are pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology.
The Male Agent of Change Award is a new category in the everywoman in Technology Awards. This award recognises men who are making a significant contribution to promoting gender diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
The deadline for submitting entries is 13th October. The winners of the everywoman in Technology Awards will be announced on 19th March at Westminster Park Plaza Hotel. The awards are free to enter.
