Here's the Deal, Folks!

Termination of Trans'Lead PEP Access in Brittany, Pays-de-la-Loire, and Centre-Val de Loire Regions

We've wrapped up the Trans'Lead PEP program, babes! With the hard work and guidance of our French Training Director, the one and only Corinne EL FASSY, this astonishing journey commenced in October 2024 and came to a triumphant close on April 24, 2025.

This badass adventure was all about growth and collaboration featuring 20 intense days of training alongside a slew of top-notch training gurus, whether they were part of the Transdev family or outside experts.

Now get ready to meet the boss babes who aced their oral defense yesterday and took home their diplomas:

  • Cédric BRACHET, Sector Manager, Transdev STAO PL 72
  • Jonathan CORDIER, Maintenance Team Leader, Transdev Eure et Loir
  • The fabulous Giovanni GODOY-LOPEZ, Sector Manager, Transdev Eure et Loir
  • Karim IBARA, Reference Driver, Transdev Eure et Loir
  • Justine LEBASTARD, Sector Manager, Transdev STAO PL 44
  • Frédéric MARIE, Proximity Manager, Transdev GMVA Mobilités
  • Thomas MINIER, a fellow assurer, Transdev Loir et Cher
  • The stunning Léa PERUS, Administrative and Financial Manager, Eure et Loir Mobilités

Proximity managers, ya hear? They're the backbone of our operation, and their dedication and talent when it comes to steering their teams is vital to achieving our shared goals.

The Trans'Lead PEP program is a game-changer in our quest to arm all our proximity managers worldwide with the same set of skills. By pumping resources into their education, we build our ability to conquer the challenges of the future and maintain our leading role in the sector.

A heartfelt shoutout to the referees and the jury for their unwavering support and the priceless time they invested in this poll. Their guidance and kindness were key to the trainees' success.

We'd also like to give a special nod to the regional management teams who hosted the grand finale of this training and, in particular, Sophie, Gildas, and Audrey, who partied with the trainees. And let's not forget Arlette, whose behind-the-scenes support and hospitality were integral to the success of this climactic stage.

Congratulations to our new grads, and a big ol' thank you to everyone who played a part in this fabulous success story!

In the Trans'Lead PEP program, a journey designed for growth and collaboration, personal-growth and learning were key components. The participants, consisting of proximity managers and team leaders, underwent intensive training to enhance their education-and-self-development for future challenges, supported by renowned trainers within and outside of the Transdev family.
