Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025: India's Largest Student Innovation Event Set for October 12
Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025, India's largest student innovation initiative, is set to take place on October 12. Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, a test pilot with the Indian Air Force and an astronaut with ISRO, serves as the brand ambassador. Students from over 2.5 lakh schools across India have shown great interest, with the event receiving an overwhelming response.
The Buildathon encourages creativity and innovation, with students addressing real-life challenges. Shukla, in his address, urged students to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions. The event is conducted in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission and NITI Aayog, and is supported by the Education Ministry.
Students can register at http://vbb.mic.gov.in. Entries will be submitted via photos and videos, with an expert panel evaluating the submissions. The top teams will receive prizes from a pool of Rs 1 crore, with results announced in December.
The extended entry deadline for Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 is October 11. This initiative aims to foster innovation and creativity among Indian students, providing them with a platform to showcase their talents and contribute to real-world solutions.
