VML Leads 2025 AME Awards Shortlist With 32 Entries From Nine Countries
New York Festivals® AME Awards has unveiled its 2025 Shortlist, showcasing exceptional work from the advertising and marketing industry. Over 100 industry experts evaluated entries, with VML's global agencies leading the pack with 32 shortlisted entries from nine countries.
The Shortlist boasts outstanding campaigns from six continents, demonstrating a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and measurable impact. Notable brands such as DOVE, Volkswagen Canada, OREO, and McDonald's Hong Kong have advanced to the trophy round. North American agencies like VML, Zulu Alpha Kilo, and Havas New York also made the cut, alongside global heavyweights like Ogilvy UK and DDB Group Hong Kong.
Entries were judged on four criteria: Results/Effectiveness (30%), Idea (25%), Execution (25%), and Challenge/Strategy/Objective (20%). The AME Report, an annual ranking report honouring top agencies and brands, will be released in September.
