Wiesbadener Families: Get Direct State Support Consultation This Fall
Wiesbadener families can now access direct consultation on state support this fall. The social welfare office, job center, and family cash office in Wiesbaden are collaborating to make various benefits easily accessible. Consultations are available on October 23, November 20, and December 11, from 9 to 15 o'clock at the social welfare and job center on Dotzheimer Street.
The consultation covers a wide range of supports, including child supplement, housing allowance, education and participation benefits, maintenance advance, and childcare. Starting January, an energy consultation will be added to the offer, provided by ESWE Supply. Experts will inform families about these supports and help with applications on-site during the consultation days.
Eligibility varies based on family size and income. For instance, a single mother with two children and a gross rent of 1,025 euros can earn up to 3,600 euros and still receive the child supplement. For a four-person family with a rent of 1,225 euros, the entitlement can be kept up to an income of 5,600 euros.
Wiesbadener families are encouraged to take advantage of these consultation days to understand and apply for the state supports they may be entitled to. Starting January, families can also expect energy consultation to be included in the offer, further expanding the range of support provided.
