Young Europeans Shape the Future in Detmold's 'GivEUvoice' Project
Young Europeans are driving change. In Detmold, Germany, the 'GivEUvoice' youth project has launched, with participants developing initial concepts for the European Youth Network 'EYN'. From July 23 to 28, the European Youth Campus will host young people aged 15 to 30 from eight European countries.
The project, co-financed by the European Union, aims to give people a voice in politics. Participants will work together to create political recommendations for their home cities. They have started an Instagram account (@giveuvoice.germany) to raise awareness about the project.
The highlight of the week-long event will be a public panel discussion on Sunday, July 27. Here, young people will discuss their proposals with decision-makers, fostering a dialogue between youth and authority. The event is open to all interested citizens.
The 'GivEUvoice' project in Detmold is more than just a gathering; it's a platform for young Europeans to voice their ideas and shape the future. With the support of the European Union, these young people are not only learning but also teaching us the power of youth in politics.
